Armed with your new whole food plant based diet, it’s time to give you an exact food plan. Each person has different goals, and your food plan should be tailored to achieve them. You’ll have a plan on what foods to eat at what time of the day to maximize your energy & health.

Design Workout Space
Eric will inexpensively design a functional training space in your home with simple training equipment such as TRX, medicine balls, bands, & physioballs.

Eric will develop a fun, challenging, & practical personal program based from your home, company gym, & the outdoors.
